We have transitioned to safe, no-contact delivery for all our customers.
We are committed to the safety of our customers, team-members and community. Our staff is working on a volunteer basis with daily health screenings and Adrian Durban is adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines regularly sanitizing all work stations, shared spaces and products.
We have suspended our signature requirement for deliveries at this time.
Adrian Durban No-Contact Floral Delivery Safety Service
The safety of our Adrian Durban Florist community is our top priority. With our No-Contact Delivery Service the delivery driver will leave the gift just outside your recipient's door. Our drivers will ring the recipient's door bell and return to their vehicle. If there is no answer, our driver will notify them by phone for a guaranteed safe, contact-free pick-up.
Additionally, we are closely monitoring the situation and are adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. At our design studio and retail locations, we are regularly sanitizing all work stations, shared spaces and products.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or fresh products like flowers, but we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains the top priority.

Can I have flowers delivered to hospitals?
At this time, some hospitals in the area are accepting flower deliveries and some are not. We will continue to update this section as we become aware of changes to local facilities. Below are the hospitals that we know what their policy is. Please be aware that hospital policies may change at any time.
Hospitals accepting Deliveries: Children's Hospital Medical Center, Good Sam Hospital, Mercy West Hospital, Bethesda North Hospital, St Elizabeth South Hospital
Hospitals NOT accepting deliveries: Chirst Hospital, University Hospital
Can I have flowers delivered to a long-term care facility?
Yes. We make deliveries to long-term care facilities in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Ky area each day. Until we hear differently from these facilities, we will continue to deliver flowers to long-term care facilities to the best of our ability.
Can I have flowers delivered to rehabilitation centers?
Yes, most rehabilitation facilities in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky are accepting flower deliveries and we are making these deliveries daily.
Can I have flowers delivered to a funeral service or visitation?
Yes. We make sympathy deliveries all over Greater Cincinnati and Northern Ky area every day. Until we hear differently from local funeral homes and churches, we will continue to make these deliveries.
Please provide as much information as you have regarding the visitation or service in the Special Delivery Instructions field when you place your order online. We will also attempt to call the funeral home or church to verify these details. If you find that the details of an order already placed have changed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the changes on our end and get your gift delivered.
